New American Civilian Air Defense program Targets Passenger Vehicles with Missles
The super-government, a civilian run uber-administration which holds democratic proceedures and representative government in lieu of Congress and The White House, gave the green light today for a modern Civilian Air Defense program much like the Regan-era's so-called 'Star Wars' air defense program. The program will be implemented by the United States airforce beginning in Fall and seeks to mandate air quality standards across the United States and the World.
In what is considered a controversial program, commencing September 1, 2006, all personal vehicles with in-city MPG fuel usage of 20mpg or lower will be destroyed aerial bombardment and/or missle strikes of the type commonly employed by the United States and Israel in the Middle East. If you have comments or questions about this new program, feel free to write letters to the editor of your local newspaper or attend a Town Hall style meeting where the reforms will be discussed, then implemented no matter the outcome of that discussion.
Deaths attributed to persons who occupy and drive their personal vehicles with in-city actual mileage of 20mpg or less will be chalked up as a victory in purging America of ignoranamouses who think reading the newspaper or following the news in no way affects their lives. Claims by loved ones of the bombarded will be handled by Special Prosecutor to the uber-government who is accountable only to policy wonks and hisself. Your claim of wrongful death will of course be handled with the utmost care and sensitivity to the ignorant machismo who went down the way he/she deserved to die: In a fireball of American airpower superiority aggression so celebrated by Fox news and other balanced Right Wing news sources.
*MPG will be determined by ACTUAL miles per gallon, rather than the EPA's posted in-city miles per gallon, which have been known to have no bearing on actual driving.
